Pasta with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, rinse it, drain it, leaving some water in the pan. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the grapes, tomatoes and tomato paste in it. Add a little milk to the mixture and stir. Place the pasta in the pan with this mixture and stir again. Add 3 balls of mozzarella cheese and cover for 2 minutes. Finally, throw in the basil leaves and stir again. You can garnish the dish with fresh mint leaves.
