Cheese and Beef Frittata

Frittata is an Italian omelette with a variety of fillings: vegetables, meat, cheese, mushrooms and seafood. Fillings can also be combined, since the dish is not very pretentious and does not require strict adherence to the recipe. You can use our recipe as a basis or come up with something new. Experiment with ingredients and enjoy different tastes!
We will need:
Ground beef – 500 g,
Large onion – 1 pc.,
Eggs – 10 pcs.,
Milk – 3 tbsp.,
Grated cheese (cheddar) – 150 g,
Olive oil – 1 tbsp.,
Salt, pepper, ground garlic – to taste.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Then add milk, half of the grated cheese, spices to taste. Beat.
Fry the minced meat and onion in olive oil. In a deep baking dish, previously greased with oil or sprayed with non-stick spray, place the ground beef and fried onion.
Pour the egg mixture over the minced meat and onions.
Sprinkle with the remaining half of the grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until done and golden brown. Serve with fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast, or with soup or salad for lunch or dinner.
