Warm salad with fried cheese

Ingredients 1 serving
Tomatoes | 1 piece |
Adyghe cheese | 120 g |
Mixed salad leaves | 1 bunch |
Cucumbers | ½ piece |
Wheat flour | 1 tablespoon |
Italian salad dressing | 4 tablespoons |
Pine nuts | 20 g |
Olive oil | 3 tablespoons |
Red onion | ⅓ of the head |
Instructions
1. Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices and roll in flour.
2. Place the slices on a preheated grill pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Turn over.
3. Lightly fry the pine nuts in 1 tablespoon of oil.
4. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into large pieces. Cut onion into half rings.
5. Tear the salad into large pieces and place on the bottom layer, then vegetables, then cheese and pine nuts.
6. Drizzle with Italian salad dressing.
