Wonderful canapes for the New Year

Canapes with salmon
INGREDIENTS:
● toast bread
● cream cheese
● lightly salted salmon fillet
● bell pepper or tomato, cut into strips
● stuffed olives
● parsley
PREPARATION:
1. Cut the toast bread in half to make triangles. Spread with cream cheese.
2. Wrap a slice of lightly salted salmon with some cream cheese, a piece of pepper or tomato and a stuffed olive.
3. Place on top of the bread. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
