Pancakes with apples

Ingredients:

● 1 egg
● 180 ml kefir (I have sour milk)
● 1 cup flour (220 ml)
● 1 tsp baking powder
● 1/4 tsp salt
● 2 tbsp sugar
● 1 large apple, peeled and grated on a coarse grater
vegetable oil, for frying powdered sugar for decoration
Preparation:
1. Mix the egg with kefir
2. Separately mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients, add grated apple, mix well, the dough is thicker than sour cream, but not sticky
4. Heat a frying pan, add a thin layer of oil, reduce heat to medium or less
5. Using a tablespoon, place the dough on the frying pan, pressing it down a little and shaping it into pancakes.
6. Fry until golden brown, then turn over and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

The finished pancakes can be served with sour cream or jam, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
