Why Women Love More Than Men: A Psychologist's Answer

Perhaps, at first glance, it may indeed seem that women love more than men. But such a statement is fundamentally wrong. Both men and women know how to love strongly, they just show their love in slightly different ways. What is the difference? The difference is embedded even at the level of the peculiarities of the functioning of the brain. For example, we know that our brain consists of two hemispheres. In women, the leading hemisphere is predominantly the right, and in men, the left. Right hemisphereis distinguished by emotionality, a craving for creativity and beauty, figurative thinking, rich speech, and visual perception. Left hemisphereresponsible for logical thinking, accuracy, concreteness, structure in perception. True, these two portraits of right-brain and left-brain people are similar to portraits of a typical woman and man.
Love and romantic emotions are part of everyday human life. When we, women, love, we are more emotional, talkative, attentive to details, which is also typical for women in everyday life. We can easily talk about our feelings, experiences and their shades. Men, as a rule, are more stingy with words, their emotions are less differentiated, they are more likely to find 1001 reasons why they should be with you, rather than speak hot words of love and do reckless things. Therefore, expecting the same brightness of feelings and their expression from men and not getting it, we can think that the man loves less. It is clear that all this is very simplified, but these features should be remembered. After all, in the most important and serious moments we like their impartiality, logic (and sometimes tediousness) and tendency to analyze.
