HAM ROLLS WITH RICOTTA CHEESE

A wonderful light snack with rich taste and aroma!

INGREDIENTS:
1. Dried ham - 150 gr.
2. Ricotta cheese - 250 gr.
3. Arugula - 2 packs
4. Pine nuts - 2 tbsp.
5. Lemon - 1 pc.
6. French mustard - 1 tsp.
7. Honey - 1 tsp.
8. Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
9. Salt, white pepper to taste.

PREPARATION:
1. Prepare the cheese filling. Add the zest of one lemon and the juice of half to the Ricotta cheese. Add French mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything and put in the refrigerator.
2. Ask the store to slice the ham or buy it already sliced. You won't be able to slice it thinly at home! Place the ham slices on parchment paper, overlapping them. Make a kind of napkin out of the ham, in which we will wrap the filling.
3. Put the cheese mixture on top of the ham. Then comes a layer of arugula leaves. Now roll up the roll. Don't rush! You should get a tight roll so that it doesn't fall apart when cut. 4. Decorate the finished rolls with pine nuts and sprinkle with sauce. Dry the nuts in a frying pan so that they release their aroma and brown slightly. Mix olive oil with honey.
