Strong Omelette: Recipe for Eggs with Chicken

Today we will take the omelette to a new level. For this we will need chicken fillet and a little patience.
Everyone knows how to make an omelette. But not everyone knows how to quickly and easily make it strong and filling.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet, cut into small cubes
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Cottage cheese 0% - 50 gr.
- Herb seasoning - 0.5 - 1 tsp.
- Salt
Let's cook
1. Mix the ingredients well, beat lightly, pour into a small form and place in a preheated oven (175/180°).
2. After the crust is well browned, turn off the oven. But do not take the omelette out for another 20 minutes.
