5 Delicious Chicken Marinades

Chicken in honey mustard sauce

1. Beat the chicken (or turkey), add salt and pepper.

Orange sauce:

5. Evaporate 1 liter of fresh orange juice over medium heat.
6. Add about 4 teaspoons of cane sugar, 2 teaspoons of oil (any - vegetable or butter) and salt and pepper to taste to the resulting sauce.
The sauce thickens slightly as it cools. It is best served warm with the chicken.

1. In a bowl, mix 1 egg, mayonnaise, spices, finely chopped garlic and diced onion.
2. Place the chicken fillet in the mixture and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
The meat can be dipped into the marinade whole or cut into pieces (depending on how you want to fry the chicken). The main thing is that the mayonnaise mixture covers the chicken completely.
