3 Quick Recipes for Delicious Pizza

Pizza is a hearty, versatile dish, and there are many types. That's why we love it. But sometimes you want to cook this deliciousness, but you're short on time.

One-minute pizza on a frying pan

 

Ingredients:

  • 9 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sour cream or kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of soda, quenched with a drop of vinegar
  • cheese
  • filling - products to taste

The best toppings for a quick pizza are what's left in the fridge. For example, leftover meat or chicken rolls, minced meat, sausages, etc.

Method of preparation:

  1. Knead a liquid dough from kefir (or sour cream), flour and eggs, add slaked soda and stir.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased frying pan.
  3. Chop all the ingredients for the filling, place on the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the pizza under the lid for 15 minutes.

Pizza on yeast dough

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 packet of instant yeast
  • flour
  • salt
  • cheese
  • filling - ingredients to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour the yeast into a bowl, add salt, pour in warm milk, stir, leave in a warm place for 15 minutes, add a little flour and knead the liquid dough.
  2. Add butter and sour cream, mix and add enough flour to make the dough thick and not runny.
  3. Let the dough sit for 15 minutes, cut off a piece, roll it out, place it in a greased form, grease with ketchup, put the filling on and sprinkle with cheese on top.
  4. Bake in a well-heated oven for 20–30 minutes until done.

Italian pizza

For the test:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tsp dry fast acting yeast
  • 1 tsp salt

For the filling:

  • 250 g chopped tomatoes
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano (optional)
  • pepper
  • salt

Method of preparation:

  1. Sift flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, pour in oil, add salt and yeast. Carefully pour water into the well, mix flour from the edges to the center, knead a viscous dough, put it on a table sprinkled with flour, and knead for 10 minutes until it becomes elastic.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes (it is best to put it on a plate and then place it in a container with hot water).
  3. While the dough is rising, finely chop the garlic, fry it in oil, add tomatoes, salt and pepper, add oregano, and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
  4. Divide the dough in half, stretch each half carefully from the center to the edges, roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm.
  5. Place tomato sauce on both pizzas, top with thinly sliced cheese and basil.
  6. Bake the pizzas for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 220 degrees until the cheese melts.
