WHY IT IS GOOD TO EAT SOUP

What is the use of soup? To prepare a tasty, healthy, vitamin-rich vegetable puree soup, you will need:
400 g frozen green peas,
400 g broccoli,
1 chicken bouillon cube,
1 tablespoon butter,
1 small onion,
0.5 cups heavy cream,
salt and pepper to taste,
greenery for decoration,
1. In a deep frying pan, fry the diced onion in butter.
2. Dilute the bouillon cube with a glass of hot water.
3. Place green peas and broccoli in a frying pan, pour in a glass of broth and a glass of water, cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables are cooked for about 15 minutes.
4. Then cool the mixture slightly and beat in a blender.
5. Add cream to the soup and heat.
6. When serving, garnish with herbs, salt and pepper.
