Spicy cocktails.
The main component of the drinks is ginger, famous for its tonic properties.
1. Grate the ginger root (3-4 cm) and pour 200 ml of boiling water over it, leave for 20-30 minutes. Add a little honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste. The cocktail is ready to drink.
2. 3 carrots, 5 celery stalks, 2 apples, 2 teaspoons natural honey, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 0.5 teaspoon ginger, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
Grind carrots, celery and apples in a blender, add spices, honey and lemon juice.
3. Orange fresh juice with ginger flavor.
Squeeze the juice from 3 carrots and 2 oranges, add 20-30 grams of grated ginger, half a grapefruit. Beat the resulting mixture in a blender - the fresh is ready. The drink will quickly relieve fatigue, invigorate and lift your mood.
