Delicious Baked Mushrooms with Herbs

Low-calorie dish!!!
Baked champignons with herbs
Per 100 g - 52.49 kcal 🔸 proteins - 4.14 🔸 fats - 3.23 🔸 carbohydrates - 2.26
Ingredients:
Champignons - 800 g
Olive oil - 50 ml
Garlic - 3 cloves
Mixture of Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Balsamic vinegar - 40 ml
Preparation:

Cut the mushrooms into 2-4 pieces depending on their size. Leave the small ones whole.
Heat the olive oil, add grated garlic, Provencal herbs, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour the mixture into the bowl with the mushrooms and stir.
Let the mushrooms marinate for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a fireproof form and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring a couple of times during the process.
Sprinkle the finished mushrooms with herbs and serve.
