Spicy cabbage quick cooking

The cabbage turns out very tasty.

Preparation:
Shred 2 kg of fresh cabbage
grate 3-4 carrots on a coarse grater
4 cloves of large garlic, chopped
Pour the marinade over slightly cooled:
per 1 liter of water:
- 1/2 cup sugar
2 heaped tablespoons of coarse salt
10 pieces of peppercorns
 5 pcs. cloves
4 pcs. bay leaf
 Boil for 10 minutes,
Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 cup 9% vinegar.
Press down the shredded cabbage with a weight until it cools completely.
Transfer to a 3-liter jar and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The cabbage is then ready to eat. It keeps well in the refrigerator under a regular lid.
When serving, sprinkle with green onions.
