How to Make - Blue Cheese Sauce

So, peel the onion and finely chop half of it into small pieces or grate it.

Fry the walnuts a little in a frying pan. Then peel them. Chop them with a knife until they are fine crumbs.
Leave some crumbs for decoration. And mix the rest with the main mass.
Serve the sauce with crackers.
The great thing about this two-cheese-walnut sauce is that it can be kept in the fridge for about three days and still taste good and fresh. Just wrap it in cling film!
