Treat your loved ones with this magical dessert!!!

Tiramisu is an airy and delicate dessert originally from Italy, although it is now popular all over the world.

There are many variations of tiramisu, but they all always include mascarpone cheese, savoiardi biscuits, eggs. In the classic version, it's coffee, but it can also be another, for example, strawberry or lemon.

Classic Tiramisu - Recipe
Ingredients for tiramisu:
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold strong freshly brewed coffee
  • 200 g biscuit cookies
  • 0.5 bar of dark chocolate
  • 4 tbsp rum (brandy or coffee/chocolate liqueur)
  • Making tiramisu
    1. Whisk the mascarpone, until it becomes completely soft.
    2. Separate the whites from the yolks.Separately beat the yolks and powdered sugar until a white foam forms.
    3. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the mascarpone, whisking constantly.
    4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and also carefully introduce it into the cheese mass.
    5. Mix coffee with rum in a large bowl and dip the cookies into the coffee mixture.
    6. Place half of the coffee and rum soaked cookies in the bottom of two bowls. Place half of the cheese mixture on top.
    7. Then lay a layer of biscuit cookies and again a layer of cheese mixture.Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for several hours.
    8. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Before serving, sprinkle the tiramisu with grated chocolate.
