These foods should not be eaten on an empty stomach.

It is very good to start your day with a proper breakfast. I wish everyone a good start to the day.
If you eat breakfast properly, you will never have the question: “Why do I feel bad?”
Baked goods will cause apathy, citrus fruits will cause gastritis, and coffee with milk will cause kidney stones.
We are sad to know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.OWe learned the sexes. As a result, in the morning we eat conscientiously, but not always what we need.
YEAST. They promote the production of gastric gases, the stomach bloats, which, as you understand, is not very pleasant. Therefore, any yeast baked goods on an empty stomach are evil.
YOGURT. What is its purpose? To help digest food with the beneficial bacteria it contains. And if all these necessary little things get into the body before eating, then the aggressive gastric juice will simply absorb them and there will be no sense. That is, yogurt on an empty stomach is not that harmful - it is simply useless. It should be eaten after eating and that's it.
COFFEE. When caffeine gets on the stomach mucosa, it starts to tease it. In response, it produces gastric juice, and if it is not fed with other food, it gets angry, behaves aggressively and starts to corrode the mucosa, and therefore after some time you can expect a guest in the form of gastritis. In addition, caffeine irritates the gallbladder. It contracts, throws out a portion of bile, which is needed to help digest food. If there is nothing for it to digest, it begins to sadly wander around the body doing nothing. We will also disappoint those who believe that the effect of coffee can be softened with milk. The fact is that astringents found in coffee and tea bind with milk proteins and form almost insoluble compounds that settle as kidney stones.
SUGAR. And all products like sweets or sweet fruits like bananas. Sugar is instantly absorbed by the body and irritates the pancreas. In response to this, it begins to produce insulin. The blood sugar level drops instantly, which is why we feel apathetic and tired instead of being cheerful and full of energy.
CITRUS. They contain a lot of acid, which enthusiastically attacks the mucous membrane of the stomach, slowly corroding it. If you do not have any problems with your stomach, you do not experience heartburn after eating anything sour, then you can ignore our advice. But if you have gastritis with increased acidity of the stomach, ulcers and other problems with the gastrointestinal tract, then it is better to refrain from citrus fruits and fresh juices from them.
PEARS. Our ancestors used to say: "A pear is poison for the body in the morning, and a rose in the evening." The fact is that pears contain a lot of coarse fiber, which injures the delicate mucous membranes of the digestive organs. Pears with a very dense texture are especially dangerous: they contain especially a lot of fiber.
PERSIMMON. It is full of hard-to-digest fibers that slow down the motility of the stomach and intestines - that's when they say "the stomach is at a standstill." There are especially many of these fibers in the highly astringent persimmon.
GARLIC. It, as well as various hot spices, acts on the principle of caffeine, irritating the mucous membranes and gall bladder.
COLD DRINKS. They narrow the blood vessels of the stomach. Because of this, problems with the blood circulation of this organ begin and the entire digestion process is disrupted. Therefore, you cannot drink anything cold either on an empty stomach or immediately after eating - it is better to drink it after a couple of hours.
THE PERFECT BREAKFAST
Option 1: oatmeal with milk, unsweetened fruit pieces and nuts. The latter 2-3 pieces, so that it is not too fatty. Porridge is a source of slow carbohydrates, which improve the digestion process. And sugar from such complex carbohydrates is released little by little, maintaining the necessary energy level for several hours.
Option 2: proteins + vegetables (ideally seasonal, of course, but frozen ones will do in winter). Protein from eggs, white meat and fish is fully digestible, gives a long feeling of satiety and speeds up metabolism.
Option 3: Whole grain toast with cottage cheese and greens. Cottage cheese is a source of the same protein, and whole grains, because their shell is intact, retain more vitamins and microelements.
I wish everyone to be healthy!!!
