Healthy and delicious desserts for March 8

I want to offer you simple and very tasty dessert recipes that you can use to please your loved ones. Especially those who are on a diet and count every calorie.

Banana-nut mousse
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 banana;
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter;
- 1 cracker;
- 2-3 tablespoons vanilla or Greek yogurt;
- a pinch of vanilla sugar.
Preparation
Mash the banana with a blender or use a fork if it is ripe and soft enough. Add the peanut butter and mix until smooth.
Place the mixture in a glass, sprinkle with cracker crumbs and garnish with vanilla yogurt. Instead of cookie crumbs, you can sprinkle the dessert with dark chocolate chips or, for example, chopped nuts, but just a little bit, so as not to overdo the nutty flavor.
The dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours, but keep in mind that the banana may darken over time, so it is better to prepare a fresh dessert, because it will not take much time.
Orange Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanillin;
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey;
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa;
- ¼–½ cup orange juice.
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The finished mousse can be poured into a glass and garnished with frozen raspberries or thin orange slices. Another original way to serve is not to use store-bought orange juice, but to make fresh juice, leave the orange peel halves, clean them well from the remaining pulp and put the mousse there.
Raspberry Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 6 dates;
- ½ avocado;
- ¾ cup (95 g) frozen or fresh raspberries;
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa;
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or a pinch of vanillin;
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
Preparation
Remove the pits from the dates. If they are too hard, pour boiling water over them for just a minute. Then put the dates and avocado in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the raspberries, cocoa and vanilla and blend again.
The final touch: add the yogurt, stir and serve immediately, garnished with raspberries or Greek yogurt. You can add a little honey to the yogurt used for garnish for sweetness.
