How to Learn to Wake Up Early: 7 Steps to a Successful Habit

Hello, friends! Do you know at least one successful and happy person who sleeps too long in the morning? Personally, I don’t know any.
I am sure that there are many of you who would like to develop the habit of waking up early. It is for such people that I have compiled a list of 7 steps to instill this habit.
7 Steps to Developing an Early Waking Habit:
— Come up with a good reason to get up at 5am (to be more productive, to do spiritual practices, to meditate while everyone else is sleeping)
— Make yourself a clear plan for tomorrow (specifically, take a pen and paper, program your mind for work)
Get rid of any stimulants that affect sleep (alcohol, coffee, black and even green tea - you don't need it)
— Don’t eat heavy food after 8:00 PM. Because instead of resting and accumulating energy, your body will spend it on processing food.
— Go to bed at 22:00 (this is almost the most important). Here the value of sleep will be the highest and it is in the period from 21:00 to 24:00 that serotonin is produced — the hormone of happiness, and it is produced only in sleep, in complete darkness.
— Before going to bed, calm your mind. Read a book, do yoga, or meditate. After such practices, you will sleep like a baby.
— Hide your alarm clock. Better yet, hide it in the closet. And no more “napping” every five minutes.
— Now the most important thing. To form any habit you need willpower, time and regularity. How much time should you allocate? As practice shows, 21 days will be enough. Regularly, every day.
Well, that's it. If you are serious about taking part in forming a new habit and improving your life for the better - please declare your intention publicly, leave your comment under this post below. Trust me, you will only benefit from it!
