1. Verzaschi River Valley, Switzerland
The clear waters of the 30-kilometre-long Verzasca River flow through a rocky valley in southern Switzerland. The dam of the same name, featured in the James Bond film GoldenEye, blocks the river flow and forms the artificial lake Lago di Vogorno. Further downstream, the river flows into Lake Maggiore.
2. Sabah, Malaysia
The remote state of Malaysia, located in the northern part of the island of Borneo, is surrounded by coral reefs. A favorite meeting place for divers is the resort of Semporna.
