Soft orange cookies in 20 minutes!

Hello everyone! It's a rainy March day — I need to somehow cheer myself and my household up. A tried and tested method — orange cookies. They're easy and quick to make, but they turn out spectacular and joyful — I love this kind of baking, and if it's also citrus-flavored, it's priceless!
Orange cookies - a tender, crispy shortcrust pastry base, a juicy layer of orange "cream", a fresh taste of spring!
Ingredients:
- Flour - 2 cups
— Egg — 1 pc.
— Butter – 50 g
- Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 80 gr.
- Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Filling:
- Orange - 1 pc.
— Sugar — 160 gr
- Starch - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
Rub butter with sugar, add sour cream, egg, soda, salt, flour, mix everything thoroughly, wrap the kneaded dough in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. For the filling, cut the orange into slices, remove the seeds, beat in a blender with the peel, sugar and starch. Take out the dough, roll out the filling, smooth it out, roll it into a roll, put the finished roll in the refrigerator for a while (10 minutes), take it out, cut into 3 cm pieces, put it on a baking sheet greased with butter, cut side down. Bake in the oven at 220ºС for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
