Another name for this salad is “Salad for the Heart”.
Useful properties of tuna
In Holland, scientists have experimentally proven that regular consumption of tuna, at least 30 g per day, due to the high content of the Omega-3 fatty complex, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases by half. And this is only one of the few valuable properties of this product. Tuna is a real storehouse of many microelements (such as phosphorus, selenium, calcium, magnesium, iron), vitamins and essential amino acids.
Caloric content
100 g of tuna contains on average about 144 kcal.
I want to share this simple salad recipe.
Ingredients:
● can of tuna in its own juice (80 g)
● 1 boiled egg
● lettuce leaves
● tomato
● cucumber
● for dressing 1 tsp mustard + 1 tsp olive oil
● salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and season.
