Low-calorie mushroom dinner. Very tasty. I recommend trying it!!!

This is incredibly delicious.
This dish has a very simple recipe, and most importantly, it will not harm your figure.
I recommend adding your favorite vegetables. It could be: zucchini, pepper, tomato, eggplant.
Ingredients:
Champignons 800 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Mixture of Provencal herbs 1 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic vinegar 40 ml
Olive oil
Preparation:
Cut the mushrooms into 2-4 pieces depending on their size. Leave the small ones whole.
Add grated garlic, Provencal herbs, salt, pepper and vinegar to a small amount of olive oil.
Pour the mixture into the bowl with the mushrooms and stir.
Let the mushrooms marinate for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a fireproof form and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring a couple of times during the process.
