Vitamin drinks for health and spring mood!

After a long winter, your body needs to recover more than ever. But you don’t have to swallow pills to get the necessary micronutrients – you can simply put fruits and vegetables in a blender and treat yourself to a nutritious cocktail.

Kiwi, lime, pomegranate

You will need:
  • 6 large kiwis
  • 4 limes
  • 1 large pomegranate
Preparation:

Peel the kiwi and cut into large cubes, cut the limes in half. Cut 2 thin circles from the center of one lime and set aside. Squeeze the juice from the lime halves. Break the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds. Place the kiwi pieces and lime juice in a tall container and grind with an immersion blender. Place the lime circles and pomegranate seeds in a glass, then pour in the kiwi puree.

Apple, almond

  • 5 almonds
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:

Peel the banana, cut the apple in half and remove the seeds. Cut the fruit into cubes, place in a tall container, add almonds, milk and cinnamon and puree with an immersion blender. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for beauty, and you can drink.

Ginger, pineapple

  • 1 banana
  • 1 fresh ripe pineapple
  • a piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (can be substituted with milk)
Preparation:

Peel and dice the banana, pineapple and ginger. Place in a tall container, add yogurt and puree with a blender. The drink will taste like a non-alcoholic pina colada.

Orange, carrot, banana

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • a handful of oatmeal
  • 1/2 liter orange juice
Preparation:

Peel all the ingredients, remove the seeds from the apple and orange. Cut everything into cubes, put in a tall container and chop. Add the oatmeal and mix well again, then add the orange juice and whisk well. Delicious!
