UK - Bans Casual Sex
Moral England does not welcome seduction of a stranger in the nearest bar. After such a thoughtless decision, the amorous visitor can get a fine of 180 euros or even go to prison for three months! So think three times where and with whom you meet.

The US does not protect itself
AIDS, syphilis and a host of other terrible venereal diseases are not a reason to protect yourself during sex! US law even prohibits buying condoms!
