I have never seen such an original idea for EASTER COOKIES!

I can't express in words how much I loved the idea presented in this recipe! As much as I love traditional Easter dishes, I always want to come up with something special for this bright holiday...

This plain cookies has captured my heart. I'm taking this idea on board!

Easter cookies
INGREDIENTS
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pack of confectionery sprinkles
  • 1 package cookie mix
  • 2 bars of white chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • liquid vanilla extract or vanillin
  • marshmallows for decoration
PREPARATION
  1. Mix together the butter, yolks, egg, contents of the sprinkles package and the cookie mix using a mixer. Grease the pan with butter and pour the dough into it, place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  2. Bake the cake for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a water bath. Mix chocolate with condensed milk, add a little vanilla extract or vanillin. Pour the finished cream onto the cake.
  4. Place brightly colored marshmallows on top of the cream, or use chocolate candies for decoration. Lay the marshmallows in rows so that each cookie is richly decorated!
  5. Now you need to cool the cookies. Keep them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the cooled dessert into portions.
