EGGPLANT ROLLS WITH TARTAR CHEESE AND NUTS!

INGREDIENTS:
150 g Tartar cheese with nuts | |
1 eggplant | |
150 g sliced ham | |
1 bunch of arugula, salt, pepper | |
2 tbsp olive oil |
PROCESS
Slice the eggplants lengthwise into 0.5 cm thick slices. Salt with coarse salt, press lightly and leave for 1 hour. Then shake off excess salt and wipe the eggplants dry. After that, fry the eggplants on a grill pan. Let them cool slightly.
Spread the eggplants with Tartar cheese with nuts, put a piece of ham, some arugula. Roll them neatly, if necessary, secure with a toothpick.
