This recipe is a great alternative to fondue, but it's quicker to make and easier to eat! And remember, the crust is edible too!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Camembert

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp. olive oil

thyme

pepper

PROCESS

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place the Camembert in a baking dish.

Use a knife to make crosswise cuts in the top middle.

Carefully lift the crust and pour honey into the center.

Drizzle olive oil on top and place thyme sprigs.

Add some pepper.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Serve with fresh fruit, apples, salad, baguette, sausage.
