Stuffed chicken breasts. Unusual and delicious.

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 240 g canned apricots (peaches are also possible, it doesn’t matter)
— 100-150 g of hard cheese (I have medium-aged Gouda)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tbsp sour cream
- salt, spices to taste
- grated parmesan (optional)
Preparation:
1. Using a knife, cut a pocket on the side of the chicken fillet and fill it with apricots. Rub the outside with salt.
2. I put about three apricot halves on one fillet.
3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix it with sour cream and press the garlic. Mix everything thoroughly and place on top of the apricots in each breast.
4. It is desirable that what we stuff with is well wrapped in meat, so you should not put a lot, since the more filling, the greater the risk that the filling will come out during baking.
5. Secure the breasts at the cut point with toothpicks.
6. You can sprinkle a little Parmesan or Old Amsterdam on top, and also sprinkle with spices.
7. Grease a baking dish with oil and place the stuffed chicken shells in it, cut side up.
8. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180C until done.
9. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Bon appetit!!!
