Cottage cheese casserole with apricots.

Casserole is an ideal dish for breakfast or a snack, and many people love it as a dessert. In addition to being very tasty and healthy, casserole is very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 500 g
Eggs - 2-3 pcs.
Sugar - 6 tbsp.
Vanilla - 1 tsp.
Semolina - 3 tbsp.
Apricots - 10-12 pcs.
Butter - for greasing the pan

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the pan with butter. Beat the eggs with sugar until white foam forms.
2. Grind the cottage cheese with vanilla sugar and semolina. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the cottage cheese and stir. Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.
3. Pour the curd mixture into the mold, place the apricot halves on top, lightly pressing them into the dough.
4. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
