Eggplants "Kucherikas" with cheese and curd filling. Unforgettably delicious!!!

The only thing tastier than eggplant is eggplant.
The combination of spicy cheese filling and tender eggplants is simply unforgettable!

Ingredients:

Eggplants - 4 pcs.
Cottage cheese - 250 g.
Hard cheese - 200 g.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Pepper mix - to taste

You can also add tomatoes or peppers for the filling.

Preparation:

1. Cut the washed eggplants lengthwise. Be sure to keep the stalk. Boil them in boiling salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Throw them in a colander and let them cool.

2. Now prepare the filling. To do this, mix the cottage cheese with grated cheese, herbs, garlic, and egg. And add the removed eggplant cores. You can simply crush the flesh of the "eggplants" with a fork, or chop it with a knife if desired. Salt and pepper the entire filling to taste.
3. I lined the baking tray with parchment paper. Stuff the prepared eggplant boats with the filling.
All that's left is to bake it. Place the dish in an oven (or air grill) preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
