This is very tasty!!! Warm bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella.

This incredibly delicious warm bruschetta will be a great appetizer for the main course.
Ingredients:
Bread | to taste |
cherry tomatoes | 450 g |
garlic | 1 tooth |
olive oil | 2 tsp. |
balsamic vinegar | 1 tsp. |
Mozzarella | 225 g |
basil | to taste |
salt and freshly ground pepper | to taste |
Method of preparation:
First, let's prepare some ingredients: cut the tomatoes in half, press the garlic through a press, thinly slice the mozzarella, chop the basil.
Preheat the oven, place the bread on a baking sheet, generously grease with olive oil and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Leave the oven on and take the baking sheet with the bread out.
In a medium bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and vinegar. Top each piece of bread with mozzarella and tomato filling. Bake again for 6-8 minutes.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with chopped basil, salt and pepper to taste. Serve the bruschetta warm.
