The most delicious side dish - potatoes in soy sauce

There are countless potato dishes.
Both cooks and housewives come up with and come up with recipes that are each tastier than the other.
I offer you another simple way to turn ordinary potatoes into a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
• Potatoes – 1 kg;
• Sunflower oil (or any other vegetable oil) – 20 ml;
• Soy sauce – 20 ml;
• Spices (to taste) – 1 teaspoon
• Salt – 1 teaspoon (or to taste);
• Garlic – 3 cloves.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. If the potatoes are small, then into 4 pieces.
2. Pour into boiling salted water and cook until half cooked.
3. Make the sauce: oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt and spices. Drain the water, cool, pour the sauce into the potatoes, cover the pan with a lid and shake until everything is mixed.
4. Grease a deep baking tray with oil, pour in the potatoes and place in the oven for about 15 minutes. A crust will form on the potatoes.
