Pancake rolls with cottage cheese and banana cream - you haven't tasted anything better!

Ingredients:
For pancakes:
Rice flour (can be replaced with regular flour) - 200 g
Potato starch - 20 g
Sugar - 40 g
Milk - 500 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter - 30 g
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt - 1 pinch
For the filling:
Fat cottage cheese - 200 g
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp. l.
Banana - 2 pcs.
For the sauce:
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Butter - 30 g
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, starch, sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. Pour in milk and stir.
3. Add eggs and melted butter. Beat everything with a whisk.
4. Fry on both sides, like regular pancakes.
5. For the filling: mix cottage cheese, sour cream and condensed milk. Spread on the pancake. You can put 2 or 3 pancakes next to each other, overlapping each other - you will get a canvas of pancakes
6. Place banana slices on the edge of the nearest pancake and roll into a tight roll. Cut into pieces.
7. For the sauce: mix all the ingredients in a ladle, heat until the sauce becomes liquid. Pour it over the pancakes and serve.
