German Potato Salad. Just try it.

The recipe is simple, the ingredients are even simpler, and the result is a delicious, filling salad. In fact, you could serve the boiled potatoes, sausage, and pickled cucumber separately, but in a salad dressed with a spicy sauce, they play simply symphonically!
German potato salad is served cold, as a separate dish. What else can I say… Just try it! You will definitely like it.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes
- 3-4 small pickled cucumbers (or gherkins)
- 1 onion
- something smoked - maybe sausages or brisket. I have salami and fried bacon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- dill, parsley
- unrefined vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool and cut into cubes.
2. Fry the bacon (if it is raw), chop coarsely
3. Cut the cucumbers into wheels.
4. Cut the onion into half rings and scald with boiling water (to remove the bitterness)
5. Cut the sausage into strips.
6. Mix everything, squeeze out the garlic, add mustard and herbs. Salt, pepper and finally season with aromatic oil.
