Cottage cheese roll with apples

Easy to prepare and very tasty apple roll made from cottage cheese dough for tea drinking at home!
Dough:
100 g cottage cheese
100 g butter, softened
1 cup flour
a pinch of salt
Filling:
600 g apples
cinnamon optional
1-2 tbsp sugar
1 egg for greasing the roll
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Rub the butter with the cottage cheese, add a little salt, combine with the flour, divide the dough into two halves (there will be two small rolls), wrap in film and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours (or overnight).
Peel and core the apples, cut into 8 pieces, then cut each piece crosswise into thin slices (sprinkle with lemon juice as you go).
Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough thinly, spread the apples evenly over the entire dough, sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp of sugar or to taste, you can also add cinnamon if you like, roll up, pinch the edges, grease with egg. Bake at 180 C until golden brown. Sprinkle the finished roll with powdered sugar.
