Lavash chips. Make your loved ones happy!

Delicious and crispy lavash chips without harmful ingredients can be prepared at home. Since lavash is neutral in taste, you can give the chips any taste and aroma using spices that you like - aromatic herbs, garlic, paprika and others. I prepared lavash chips with sour cream and cheese. The preparation of this dish does not take much time, however, as does eating them. You will not notice how they disappear!

To prepare lavash chips you will need:
1 thin lavash;
100 g sour cream;
50 g hard cheese:
salt, ground black pepper, dried or fresh herbs.

Mix sour cream with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Place a sheet of lavash (half in the photo) on a baking sheet, spread with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese.

Cut the lavash into small diamonds or triangles. It is convenient to do this with scissors. Place the baking tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Make sure that the chips do not burn!

Carefully remove the finished chips from the baking sheet, place them on a wire rack, and cool.

Delicious and crispy lavash chips are ready.
