If you have no time to cook after a hard day at work, and you are already tired of pasta and dumplings, here are 5 dishes that are easy and quick to prepare. And they are also incredibly tasty. Tested.
Pasta with tuna and spinach

You will need:

  • 250 g of pasta
  • 100 g canned tuna
  • 250 g frozen spinach
  • 150 ml 10% cream

Preparation:

Cook the pasta. Defrost the spinach in a frying pan, add the tuna, then the cream. Simmer everything together for a few minutes, add pepper, salt, then mix with the pasta.

Lazy casserole

You will need:

  • 100 g broccoli
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 150 g champignons
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 150 ml milk
  • 6 eggs
  • sunflower oil
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:

Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into florets, slice the champignons, and add the green beans. Grease a heat-resistant form with oil and pour the vegetables and mushrooms into it. Pour over them a mixture of eggs, milk, a pinch of salt and pepper. Put grated cheese on top and put the form in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 40 minutes. Let the casserole cool and cut into portions.

Beef Stroganoff with minced meat and champignons

You will need:

  • 150 g champignons
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 kg lean ground beef
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 glass of sour cream
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 400 g egg noodles

Preparation:

Boil the noodles in boiling water and discard.
While the noodles are cooking, heat a large frying pan and fry the sliced mushrooms and onion in 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, until softened, then transfer to a bowl.

In the same pan, melt the remaining butter. Fry the mince until browned. Add flour and stir. Add beef broth and cook until everything thickens a little. Add mushrooms and onions, then, stirring, sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until everything is heated through, but do not bring to a boil. Place noodles on a plate, top with meat sauce and mushrooms.

Caprese with chicken and avocado

You will need:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 1 avocado
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 200 g lettuce leaves
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup basil

For filling:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a small bowl, combine garlic, dried basil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Slowly add olive oil, whisking all the time. Set aside.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Then cut the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and avocado in half.
Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bowl, add all the chopped ingredients on top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Rice with green beans, chicken and mushrooms

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 500 g chicken fillet with skin
  • 250 g green beans, coarsely chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms (champignons)
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt, ground pepper

Preparation:

Pour 1/2 cup of rice with 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook under a lid for 10-15 minutes, until done and the water is completely absorbed. Cut the chicken fillet with skin into small pieces. Fry the chicken for several minutes over a steady fire for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. The skin already contains fat, so you can fry without oil if you put the pieces skin side down.

Add green beans and thinly sliced mushrooms to the pan. Pour in a spoonful of oil. Fry for 5 minutes, add finely chopped garlic. Mix with cooked rice. Salt, pepper and fry for a few more minutes until the rice is heated properly.

Oven Baked Salmon

You will need:

  • 1 kg salmon fillet
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:

Wash the fish fillet, rub with salt, pepper, grease with olive oil. Finely chop the parsley, onion - into half rings. Add a little olive oil to the onion, salt and season with pepper. Put the fish on a baking sheet, sprinkle with parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice, put onion around. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
