Peach pie.

Peach pie is a delicious pastry recipe that perfectly combines tender dough, sweet fruits and a crispy crust. In general, you can use any fruits instead of peaches: for example, apples, apricots, nectarines, pears, etc. Not only fresh, but also canned fruits are suitable. Believe me, you will find it difficult to tear yourself away from this delicious pie!

To make peach pie you will need:
For the test:
2 eggs;
150 g sour cream;
150 g sugar;
200 g flour;
2/3 tsp baking powder;
1/3 tsp vanillin;
a pinch of salt.
For the streusel:
50 g butter;
4 tbsp sugar;
2 tbsp flour.
Besides:
3 peaches (I have figs).

First, prepare the streusel (topping). To do this, mix sugar and butter in a saucepan.

Place on medium heat and, after the butter has dissolved, stir for another 1-2 minutes. Then add flour, stir, and turn off the heat.

Place on a plate, let cool, then grind into crumbs.

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt for 5 minutes. Add sour cream, beat again.

Sift flour and baking powder into the dough and beat.

Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and cut into slices.

Place the dough in a 20 cm mold (preferably a springform one), place the peaches on top without pressing them down.

Sprinkle with streusel crumbs.

Bake the peach pie at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven. Check readiness with a match. Cool the finished pie, remove from the mold.

Now you can cut it into pieces and drink tea or coffee. Peach pie prepared according to this recipe turns out very tasty!
