What to cook from chicken fillet - stuffed chicken breasts

Ingredients:

  • 600 g chicken fillet,
  • 200 g bacon,
  • 200 g champignons,
  • 1 onion,
  • 150 g cheese,
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • ground black pepper to taste,
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

Prepare the chicken fillet. Wash and dry it with a napkin. Make cuts along the fillet so that you get small thin plates in which it will be convenient to wrap the filling. Cut the bacon into thin strips.

Prepare the filling for the chicken fillet.

Finely chop the onion. Cut the champignons into thin strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown for 5-7 minutes. Then add the champignons to the onion and fry until the liquid evaporates, about 15 minutes. Finally, salt and pepper the mushrooms. Cool the mushrooms a little and mix with grated cheese.

Place the filling on each prepared chicken fillet, roll them up and pin them with wooden skewers. Wrap each roll with a strip of bacon, salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the bacon-wrapped chicken rolls in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides, about 15 minutes.

Serve the finished stuffed chicken rolls hot. Potatoes, rice, vegetables, and salads are great as a side dish.

Bon appetit!
