  • 1 tbsp olive oil,
  • ground black pepper to taste,
  • salt to taste,
  • 1 glass of boiled water.

Preparation:

  1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes, peel and chop coarsely.
  2. Peel and chop the remaining vegetables. Chop the greens. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice.
