Autumn appetizer of pears and cheese

Roasted pears with blue cheese, nuts and spices are a great appetizer to pair with wine.
Ingredients
- large pear with dense flesh-1 pc.
- sugar-2 tbsp.
- butter-1 tbsp.
- roasted walnut halves-handful
- cinnamon- pinch
- red ground pepper-pinch
- soft blue cheese-4 tsp.
Cooking time:
15 min 2 servings

1. Wash the pear, peel it and cut it into 4 pieces. Cut out the core and wash it.
2. Melt butter and sugar in a frying pan. Put in pear pieces and fry on all sides until golden brown.
3. Place the pear on plates, fill the core with cheese, add some fried nuts. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ground pepper. Drizzle with caramel from the pan and serve.
