Chocolate jelly. Very tasty and chocolatey…

 

A dessert that always works! Milk chocolate jelly is my lifesaver when I need to make a quick dessert for a large number of guests.

I love this jelly because you can make it with milk or cream. With milk you get a diet version of jelly, with cream - more rich and caloric. It's up to you to decide, in both cases the jelly turns out delicious.

You can decorate the jelly as you wish, you can simply fill half of the mold with chocolate and milk jelly, you can make several layers. You can also decorate it in your own way.

You will need:

milk - 400 ml
dark chocolate - 100-150 g
gelatin - 1 tbsp (heaped)
vanilla sugar - 1 g
sugar - to taste

How to cook:

1. Soak gelatin in a small amount of water according to the instructions on the package.

2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in hot milk. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

3. Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath while stirring constantly.
Cool the gelatin slightly and pour it into the chocolate mixture. Mix the jelly thoroughly until smooth.

4. Pour it into molds or bowls. Place them in the refrigerator and let the jelly harden completely.
