Crostini - Crispy Sandwiches with Smoked Salmon and Mozzarella

Crostini are small sandwiches on toasted bread.
The filling for them can be very diverse. In our case, it is mozzarella cheese and amazing smoked salmon.
The basic rule for making crostini is that the bread must be crispy, so the sandwiches are assembled just before serving.
Ingredients:
smoked salmon
fresh mozzarella cheese
slices of baguette or toast bread
1 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon liquid honey
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
Preparation:
Cut the bread into thin slices or use ready-made toast bread,
Brush the pieces with olive oil.
Fry them in the oven until crispy, but try not to overcook them.
Place thin slices of mozzarella cheese and smoked salmon on each piece of baguette.
In a container, mix liquid honey, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Spread each sandwich with this mixture, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve these wonderful mozzarella and smoked salmon crostini sandwiches to the table.
Bon appetit!!!
