Fragrant baked potatoes. Incredibly delicious!!!

There are many variations of baked potatoes.

I recommend trying to prepare a potato dish using this recipe.

I think everyone will like it.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 1 kg
-Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
-Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
-Sweet paprika - 1 tsp.
- Cumin - 1 tsp.
- a pinch of black and cayenne pepper
-Thyme - 1 tsp.
-Salt - to taste
Sauce:
- Sour cream (fat) - 300 g
-Garlic - 3 cloves
-Parsley - bunch

Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges, each potato into about 6-8 wedges. Place all the potato wedges in a bowl, pour over the sunflower oil and mix thoroughly so that the oil is evenly distributed over the potatoes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Roll all the potato slices in the resulting mixture and place them on a baking sheet in one layer.
3. Place in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and until the potatoes become crispy. Turn the potatoes over from time to time. Serve the finished potatoes hot with your favorite sauce. I suggest making a simple sauce. To do this, mix finely chopped greens with garlic pressed through a garlic press and sour cream.
