Let's make chicken wings with parmesan cheese.

Very easy to prepare, and most importantly delicious.

I recommend trying this dish. I'm sure you'll like it.

 

 

Ingredients:
-3 liters of cold water
-1/4 cup salt
-1 bay leaf
-1 teaspoon dried thyme
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon dried rosemary
-1.5-2 kg chicken wing
-8-10 cloves of garlic and a large pinch of salt
-3-4 tablespoons olive oil (to taste)
-1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
-2 tsp red pepper or add cayenne pepper to make it even spicier
-2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
-1 cup finely grated parmesan
-creamy italian sauce
-70-80 grams of balsamic vinegar

Preparation:
1. Wash the wings and cut them into pieces. We won't need the chicken fingers. But you don't have to throw them away. For example, they make a good broth that can be used in other recipes.
2. Pour water into a large saucepan. Add vinegar, salt, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, rosemary and bring to a boil. Drop in the wings and cook for 15 minutes after the water boils.
3. Place on a wire rack. Leave to cool and dry for 15 minutes.
4. Mash the garlic with a pinch of salt until smooth.
5. In a large bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, black and red pepper. Mix. Roll the wings in the resulting marinade. Pour in the breadcrumbs and roll again. Now it's time for ½ cup of grated Parmesan.
6. Place the wings on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the middle of the oven at 230 C until golden brown.
