Japanese body shaping method changes your appearance in five minutes a day
This simple technique was developed by Japanese specialists about ten years ago. It allows you to return the skeleton to its natural position and change the contours of the body, making the waist thinner and the back straighter. The book describing the technique sold a huge print run of 6 million copies, but the description of the miracle technique fits into just a few paragraphs.
1. Roll a tight roll from the towel, at least 40 centimeters long and 7-10 centimeters thick. Tie the roll with a strong thread so that it does not unravel.
2. Sit on a fairly hard horizontal surface (a soft bed will not work, it is better to lie on a couch, massage table or simply on a tourist mat on the floor), put the rolled up bolster.
3. Carefully lower yourself onto your back, holding the roller with your hands so that it is across the body under the lower back - exactly under the navel. This is important.
4. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and bring your feet together in a “club-footed” position so that your big toes touch each other and your heels are 20-25 centimeters apart.
5. Place your straight arms behind your head, turn them palms down and connect them with your little fingers. The pose is quite uncomfortable, if you find it difficult to straighten your arms completely, don't worry, let them lie as they can. The main thing is to make sure that your big toes and little fingers touch.
6. Lie in this position for 5 minutes.
If done correctly, your skeleton will immediately begin to take its natural shape — and you will feel your belly miraculously “pulling in” into your body. However, this process can be painful. If it is too difficult for you to endure five minutes at once, start with a minute or two, increasing the time of “rest on the roller” every day. The results will be noticeable to others in about a month.
(!) During each session, the bones and joints shift slightly from their place, so you need to get up from the towel very carefully, without sudden movements.
