3 Recipes for Perfect Scrambled Eggs

I recommend you, my dear readers, to try at least one of these dishes.
These are three great breakfasts. Three healthy meals.
RECIPE 1
Frittata with vegetables and goat cheese
Ingredients:
6 eggs, 50g bacon, 1 pepper, a small bunch of green onions, 50g corn, two medium tomatoes, 10g goat cheese, parmesan, vegetable oil, salt, pepper.
Method of preparation:
Step 1: Finely chop the bacon, pepper, onion, and tomatoes.
Step 2: In a large frying pan (which you can then put in the oven), fry the bacon. Add the peppers, corn, tomatoes and, stirring constantly, fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are golden brown.
Step 3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the onion, pepper, and salt. Beat again.
Step 4. Add half of the goat cheese to the vegetables and mix gently. Pour in the eggs.
Step 5: Once the frittata is set on the bottom, top with the remaining goat cheese, sprinkle with your favourite herbs and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Serve the finished frittata hot and sprinkle with Parmesan.
* Frittata is an Italian omelette prepared with fillings of cheese, vegetables, sausage or meat.
RECIPE 2
Baked eggs with salmon
Ingredients:
2 eggs, a few basil leaves, 50 g lightly salted salmon, butter, salt, green onions, heavy cream or sour cream.
Method of preparation:
Step 1. Grease portioned baking tins with oil. Place coarsely chopped salmon, add basil leaves, sprinkle with finely chopped onion.
Step 2. Put two spoons of cream or sour cream on top, pour in eggs (you can beat them or not, as you prefer).
Step 3. Take a large baking dish, place the molds with eggs and filling in it and fill the large dish with hot water to the middle of the small molds. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake until done for about 10 minutes. Watch the process carefully so that the eggs do not burn.
Step 4. Carefully remove the portioned molds and serve with toast and hot coffee.
RECIPE 3
Omelette in a baguette
Ingredients:
2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, 4 cherry tomatoes, arugula, crispy baguette, spices and herbs (to taste), vegetable oil.
Method of preparation:
Step 1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl with a whisk, gradually stir in the sour cream, cheese and tomatoes. Salt and pepper the resulting mixture. Add your favorite herbs and spices and mix everything again.
Step 3. Pour some vegetable oil into the frying pan and place it on medium heat. Pour in all the ingredients and fry until done (without a lid).
Step 4. While the omelette is cooking, cut the baguette in half lengthwise, but not all the way through, and lightly fry it in a dry frying pan until it’s just warm.
Step 5. Fold the finished omelette in half and place it in a baguette.
Step 6: Serve with arugula leaves and hot coffee.
