  • Wheat flour - 100 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper (ground) - to taste
PREPARATION:
  1. Grind the cheese in a blender. Whip the cold butter with the flour and yolk, then mix with the cheese, salt and pepper. You can add any spices to your taste.
  2. Form a ball from the prepared dough, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough and make holes in it using a regular tube, then cut the dough into small triangles.
  4. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
