Many will like the "Count's" salad

You can make an excellent Grafsky salad from the products we are used to. Those who love dishes made from boiled beets will appreciate this masterpiece. All you need to give the salad a piquant and festive format is some prunes and nuts.

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Beetroot - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Prunes - 50 g
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Walnuts - 50 g
  • Mayonnaise - 150 g
  • Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
  1. Boil the beets, potatoes and eggs, cool and peel. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
  2. Pour hot water over the prunes and let stand to soften, then chop finely.
  3. Place the salad in layers, greasing each layer with mayonnaise and adding salt, in the following order: diced beets, potatoes diced in the same way, chopped yolks, prunes, whites.
  4. Decorate the salad with nuts and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Done!

The Grafsky salad will add variety to your table and may well become an analogue of the famous herring under a fur coat. It is best to season the salad with homemade mayonnaise or replace the sauce with thick Greek yogurt. We hope you liked the recipe! Don't forget to share it with your friends.
